IconAnchor

The 9 named anchor positions allowed by MapLibre's iconAnchor style property. Used as the type for DataBoundFeature.iconAnchor so typos are a compile error rather than a silently-broken render. The string value is what the renderer serialises into the GeoJSON _woosmap properties block.
