Add a marker to be displayed onto this overlay.

A Marker can only be attached to a single MarkersRenderer at a time. Re-adding an already-attached marker throws IllegalStateException; call Marker.remove (or MarkersRenderer.remove) first if you need to move it between renderers.

Throws IllegalStateException if marker has already been removed — removed markers are terminal and cannot be re-added.
